This season, Ronaldinho has been hit by many injuries and he has now been told by Barcelona that he might not feature in their line-up next season.

Barca haven't won a trophy for 2 seasons and they are now looking to make big changes, there are several transfer rumours circling the press.

Ronaldinho has twice previously been named FIFA player of the year but unfortunately, due to injuries he last appeared for Barcelona on the 9th of March and this may prove to be his last appearance for the club.

Several clubs have expressed interest in Ronaldinho, Inter Milan, AC Milan, Chelsea and Manchester Cit to name but a few.

Messi though, believes that Ronaldinho should stay at Barca, as when he is injury free, he is one of the greatest players to ever wear boots.

Messi said,

"I would be over the moon if Ronaldinho could stay at Barcelona. It is well known that he is one of the greatest players in the world. I believe that he still has a lot to give the team."

Ronaldinho has himself said that as long as he gets to play, he does not mind which clubs strip he is wearing next season. his one love is playing live football, as long as he gets to do that it doesn't matter where he is.
